SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Debra Ann Beale, 51, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 15 by Buffalo Township police. She was ordered to pay $429.50 in fines and court costs.

Charles Burkhart, 36, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed June 25 by state police. He was ordered to pay $279 in fines and court costs.

34, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats and public drunkenness, filed July 17 by state police.

Glen Eshenbaugh, 42, of Freeport was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and a lane violation, filed July 13 by state police.

Joseph Fondrk, 56, of Leechburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Aug. 31 by Buffalo Township police.

Wayne Johnson, 23, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a permit, loitering and prowling at night, tampering with evidence and public drunkenness, filed Sept. 8 by Saxonburg police.

Andrew O'Connor, 24, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Sept. 9 by Penn Township police.

Brian Schuller, 34, of Freeport waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 26 by Buffalo Township police.

George Wolfe, 67, of Punta Gorda, Fla., waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Oct. 31 by Buffalo Township police.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Jennifer L. Tiernan, 40, of Butler had her case held to court. She was charged Aug. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, writing bad checks and receiving stolen property.Jaison Brian Wooddell, 27, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 12 by the Cranberry Township police with altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, fraudulent use or removal of registration plate, fraudulent assignment of title, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without proper insurance and operating a vehicle without the proper inspection.Denise L. Welsh, 51, of Lima, N.Y., waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 28 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Nancy R. Andrews, 27, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 20 by Butler County detectives with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Scott Alan Santry, 42, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Ryan Drozynski, 23, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:William Robert Horne, 24, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 25 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception.Michael John Kadlecik, 25, of Carnegie, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 2 by the state police with seven counts of possession of a controlled substance, seven counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, six counts of criminal use of a communications facility and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Clayton B. Fulmer, 20, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 1 by Butler County detectives with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Katie Anne Schultz, 22, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived both of her cases to court. She was charged Oct. 27 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance and delivery with the intent to deliver drug paraphernalia. She was also charged separately on Oct. 28 by the Adams Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.John D. Serfozo, Jr., 30, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 4 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to keep right.Ryan H. Caldwell, 20, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 7 by the Jackson Township police with reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, disregard of a traffic control device, fleeing or attempting to elude a signal, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Tracy Schumann, 33, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 13 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.
