Guy and Frances Colosimo of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage recently with a dinner for family and friends at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

The former Frances Barron married Colosimo on Nov. 12, 1955, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Slippery Rock.

They have four children, Patricia Colosimo of Baltimore; Gerald Colosimo of Charlotte, N.C.; George Colosimo of Butler; and Kevin Colosimo of Pittsburgh.

They also have two grandchildren.

Colosimo is retired from Pullman Standard and Molinski Mining. A member of the Boyers Sportsmen Association, he enjoys baseball, football, hunting, fishing and bowling.

Mrs. Colosimo is retired from Sears. She also enjoys bowling.

The couple belongs to St. Andrew, where Mrs. Colosimo is a member of the Ladies Guild.
