SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:

James Neal Porter, 48, of 944 Kiester Road, Slippery Rock, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Porter Aug. 24 with driving under the influence and disregard of traffic lane.

Allison Lee Boudman, 22, of 225 South Rock Apartments Apt., 202, Slippery Rock, had her case waived to court. State police in Butler charged her Sept 20 with driving under the influence and not use low beam.

Nicholas Michael Wilson, 22, of Pittsburgh had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Wilson Sept. 28 with possession of small amount of marijuana.

Eirlys Ann Matson, 50, of 234 Crisswell Road, Butler, had her case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Crisswell Sept. 29 with driving under the influence and disregard of traffic lane.

Matthew Jacob Kimmel, 26, of 234 Normal Ave., Slippery Rock, had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Kimmel Oct. 17 with 10 counts of access device fraud, 10 counts of identity theft, six counts of theft by unlawful taking and seven counts of receiving stolen property.

Lisa Diane Navolio, 21, of 301 Centerville Pike, Slippery Rock, had her case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Navolio Oct. 18 with selling or furnishing liquor to minors.

Kyle Daniel Cain, 24, of 301 Centerville Pike, Slippery Rock, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Cain Oct. 18 with selling or furnishing liquor to minors.
