BUTLER CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE
Music for the 10:45 a.m. Sunday service at Butler Church of the Nazarene, 4410 Oakdale Road and Route 68, will be provided by Chrisann Green and Barry Mohney. Children's Church will be lead by Gwen Atkinson.
The all-church Family Thanksgiving Dinner will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the church. A sign-up sheet for reservations and food is posted. Turkey, ham, beverages, and place settings will be provided.
Resealable bags and non-perishable food items are being collected this month for the hospitality ministry.
The Pittsburgh District's Central Zone Ministers and Mates will meet at 6 p.m. Nov. 17 at Hoss's Steak and Sea House Restaurant, 1948 Leesburg Road, Grove City.
CHRIST COMMUNITY U.M.
The youth group of Christ Community United Methodist Church, 205 N. Duffy Road, will attend a fall retreat this weekend at Camp Wesley Woods. They will leave Friday and return Sunday.
Blood pressure screenings will follow all three weekend worship services.
Sausage order forms should be returned to the office by Sunday.
Unused baskets of all shapes and sizes are needed to assist in a Christmas project Donated baskets should be taken to the Christian Education office by Sunday. The gift baskets containing coffees, teas, cocoas, and chocolate bars will be available for purchase on Nov. 20.
Anniversary tributes in honor or memory of persons who have demonstrated their faith through ministries of the church should be returned by Sunday for publication in the anniversary banquet program.
Steve Fedosick will continue his presentation on his recent mission trip to Russia at 7 p.m. Monday. Participants should take a snack, drink or dessert to share.
CHRIST'S OUTREACH
The youth of Christ's Outreach Church, 120 Walker Ave., are starting a study into the movie, "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe," based on the novel by C.S. Lewis. The group will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays.
After the 7 p.m. Saturday service, there will be a time of fellowship to thank the Rev. Gary Sansom and family for their ministry at the church.
Orders for Christmas flowers are due by Nov. 23. Order forms are available in the church office.
COVENANT PRESBY
Special recognition will be held during the 11 a.m. Sunday worship service for the sons and daughters of the Covenant Presbyterian Church, 230 E. Jefferson St., who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Veterans' names will be listed in the bulletin and living veterans and the family member of the deceased veterans will be invited to share details of their service to their country.
Sunday also will be Pledge Dedication Sunday. During the 11 a.m. worship service, members will bring their completed pledge cards forward for a dedication service.
Mary Ann Zeigler, co-organist at the English Lutheran Church, will be the guest organist for the 11 a.m. worship service on Sunday.
The Rev. Fred Young, a retired Baptist minister, will complete his series on the subject of coping with grief for the Seekers Class on Sunday. The class meets at 9:45 a.m. in the Assembly Room.
FAITH U.P.
The Prime Timers of Faith United Presbyterian Church, 1329 N. Main St. Ext., will gather for a catered Thanksgiving dinner at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Fishermen Gospel Quartet of First United Presbyterian Church will perform after the dinner.
FIRST BAPTIST
All women from First Baptist Church, 221 W. New Castle St., are invited to a craft night at the Baptist Youth Center starting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Young people from churches in the Association of Independent Baptist Churches of Western Pennsylvania will participate in a work/play day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Slippery Rock Baptist Camp, 130 Elliott Lane, Slippery Rock. Lunch will be provided.
Teens from the church will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Family Bowlaway, 540 Fairground Hill Road, for bowling activities. A time of devotions and prayer will follow at the Baptist Youth Center.

The Youth Ensemble will perform at the 8:20 and 10:50 a.m. Sunday services at First United Methodist Church, 200 E. North St.

GLADE RUN U.P.
The Mission Team of Glade Run United Presbyterian Church, 1091 Pittsburgh Road, Valencia, will be helping at the East Liberty Soup Kitchen on Saturday. They will leave the church parking lot at 8:30 a.m. Any interested persons are invited to join them.
Donations of new socks are being collected for the soup kitchen patrons. A basket for donations is located in Heritage Hall. Donations will be accepted through Dec. 4.
The Shine Team is being re-activated to clean areas around the church that have been neglected. The team will meet at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Call 724-898-3026 for information or to confirm attendance.
GRACE @ CALVARY LUTHERAN
Grace @ Calvary Lutheran Church, 123 E. Diamond St., will hold its final Saturday morning Bible study for the year at 11:30 a.m. this Saturday at Panera Bread.
This Sunday is Harvest Home Sunday. Church members wanting to support Luther's Table at First English Lutheran Church should place their contributed items in the front of the sanctuary before the service. Financial donations will also be accepted for Luther's Table.

GRACEWAY COMMUNITY
Mary Ann Mahan will provide music for the 9:30 a.m. Sunday service at GraceWay Community Church at the Center Township Elementary School, Mercer Road, Center Township.
GraceWay Youth is now meeting on Thursday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Beginning Nov. 30, the group will meet at the Rocky Mountain Deli with quiz practice from 5 to 6 p.m. and P.U.N.K.S. from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Those who volunteered to help in the kitchen for the Thanksgiving dinner should meet at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Meridian Fire Hall. Dinner will be served at 5 p.m.

HARMONY-ZELIENOPLE U.M.
Harmony-Zelienople United Methodist Church, 123 N. Pittsburgh St., Zelienople, will hold its annual Missions Conference Nov. 18-20 at the church. The conference will begin at 7 p.m. Nov. 18 with a movie "Beyond the Gates" in the sanctuary. Hosting the event will be Carol Jones Saint from WPJT-AM (730). A children's version of the movie for those up to 10 years of age provided with adult supervision will be held in the church nursery.
All three weekend services will have guest speakers Bruce Griffith and Frank Martin sharing their stories. During the Sunday school hour from 9:45-10:45 a.m. the church will host folks like Chris and Sue Champion from Moscow, Russia, Randy and Peggy West from North East Region of WGM, Steve Mogo with Joy in the Harvest who has served in Tanzania, Bruce Griffith in Afghanistan, and others.

Fifth grade student Natalie McCaw will perform the piano prelude at the 6 p.m. Saturday contemporary worship service at Hill United Presbyterian Church, 501 Second St.
The Sacrament of Baptism will be performed at the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service and the Kingdom Ringers youth handbell choir will perform. Refreshments will follow in Fellowship Hall after worship.
The first rehearsal for the youth Christmas musical will be held from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday.
The teen handbell ensemble will practice immediately after worship Sunday.
Harvest Home food requests for this week are potatoes, apples, carrots and other fresh items.
HyLights youth group members will leave at 12:30 p.m. Sunday for a scavenger hunt and bowling at Pittsburgh Mills. Adult volunteers are needed to help with transportation.

ST. MARK'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN
The 10 a.m. Sunday service at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 W. Jefferson St., will be the only service this Sunday. The congregational meeting will follow at 11 a.m.
