EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Paul A. Jesteadt, 22, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 19 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol and drugs and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.

Matthew John Kwiatek, 27, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol and drugs, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donald Edward Piper, 38, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 17 by the Evans City police with speeding, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, allowing illegal use of license plate, misuse of license plate, improperly displaying license plate, operating a vehicle without insurance, fraudulent use and removal of a registration plate and habitual offender.

Robin Shawn Roxberry, 43, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 10 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, turning movements and required signals and careless driving.

Richard D. Hill, 49, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 26 by the Jackson Township police with theft by deception and deceptive business practices.

Eric S. Hathaway, 39, Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 11 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right and careless driving.

Robert P. Burgard, 20, Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 4 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor, minors prohibited operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system and disregard of traffic lane.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:William August Pirozzi, 24, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.Donald G. Meyers Jr., 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 28 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Kevin James Vilsack Sr., 42, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.Joann Knauff, 34, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.Jeanette Lee Fleeger, 28, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 10 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol and drugs, careless driving and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Phillip Edward Brewer, 34, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Kevin James Vilsack Jr., 20, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.Robin Jean Hart, 26, of Harmony had her case held for court. She was charged Sept. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana and giving false identification to law enforcement officers.Michelle Dragun, 20, of Pittsburgh had her case held for court. She was charged Sept. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
