SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Brian Jones, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, reckless driving, operating a vehicle without insurance and not having a current inspection, filed Aug. 29 by state police.
Connie Kowalski, 53, of Mars waived to court charges of driving under the influence, not driving on the right side of the road and not having registration for a vehicle, filed Aug. 10 by Buffalo Township police.
Ronald Belles, 20, of East Brady pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 11 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $539.50 in fines and court costs.
Shane Caporali, 33, of Cabot pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 11 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $529.50 in fines and court costs.
Scott Pfeifer, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Aug. 17 by state police.
John Patrick Kelly, 44, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, filed Aug. 23 by Penn Township police.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Jennifer Dawn Rape, 28, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 24 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and illegal parking.Nicholas James Matyi, no age available, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 1 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.
