Daniel and Joan Stelbotsky of Aiken, S.C., formerly of Butler, will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family dinner Saturday at the Houndslake Country Club in Aiken.

The former Joan Paganelli married Stelbotsky on Nov. 5, 1955, at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

They have four children, Michael Stelbotsky of Erie; Carolyn Saxton of Ashburn, Va.; Elizabeth Baughman of Warner Robins, Ga.; and Catherine Willett of Pittsburgh.

They also have nine grandchildren.

Stelbotsky is retired from Armco Steel.

A retired registered nurse, Mrs. Stelbotsky worked at Sunnyview Home and the Butler YWCA Personal Care Home.

The couple belongs to St. Mary Help of Christians Roman Catholic Church in Aiken.
