CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Douglas Joel McWilliams, 46, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 12 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.

Marion Rose Lee, 45, of Bradford Woods, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 6 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.

Brooks Michael Roy, 25, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged July 26 by the state police with unlawful use of a computer, computer trespass and criminal use of a communication facility.

Dean R. Krelko, 44, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of theft by deception, two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of writing bad checks.

James T. Sokol, 29, of Monroeville, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 4, 2004, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and backing up a vehicle improperly.

Tiara Nicole Simpson, 35, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with giving false identification to law enforcement officers.

Susan Lorraine Cercone, 43, of Renfrew waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 12 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving at safe speed, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Ronald L. Cable, 59, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 15 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and not using low beams.Kathrine Ochs Oswald, 65, of Pittsburgh had her case held to court. She was charged Sept. 12 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and defiant trespass.Kendel Opperman, 46, of Harmony waived her two separate cases to court. She was charged Sept. 26 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right and careless driving. She was also charged Sept. 29 by the Jackson police with retail theft.James A. Artzberger, 48, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 19 by the Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and following too closely.Stephen Donelli, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 26 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and not using low beams.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Timothy Robert Wissinger, 23, of 127 Cupps Road, Renfrew, waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Wissinger Oct. 3 with driving under the influence and two counts of duties at stop sign.Jerry Lee Uber, 39, of 541 Rocky Spring Road, Harrisville, waived his case to court. State police charged Uber Sept. 8 with driving under the influence, fail to keep right, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Seth Daniel Nicholson, 20, of Leisenring waived his case to court. State police charged Nicholson Sept. 20 with driving under the influence, minor prohibited from operating with alcohol in system, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.Jeffrey G. Blymiller Jr., 24, of 119 Jamisonville Road, Butler, waived his case to court. State police charged Blymiller Sept. 20 with driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving.Caleb A. Harper, 18, of Pittsburgh had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Harper Sept .27 with escape, resisting arrest, false identification to law enforcement officer, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.William Gary Minto Jr., 22, of 48 Bredin Ave., Lyndora, had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Minto Sept. 21 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession small amount of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.Richard Clair Urey, 24, of 258 Stoughton Beach Road, Slippery Rock had his case waived to court. State police charged Urey Oct. 3 with driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane, turning movements, and failure to use safety belt system.

WORTH TWP — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:James Thomas Henderson, 28, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. State police in Mercer charged Henderson Sept. 30 with driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane, careless driving, failure to use safety belt system and driving at safe speed.Ferris Nicholas Wilcox, 19, of Mercer had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Wilcox Aug. 24 with burglary, two counts of criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.Travis Wayne Shirley, 26, of 1673 District Road, Fredonia, had five cases held for court. In one case, state police in Mercer charged Shirley Aug. 12, 2003, with making repairs or selling offensive weapon and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. In three other cases, the state police charged him Aug 12, 2003, with accident involving damage to at attended vehicle, duties at a stop sign, careless driving, failure to stop and give information or render aid and failure to use safety belt system; March 24 with theft by deception and two counts of bad checks; and again March 24 with theft by deception and bad checks. Sandy Lake police charged Shirley March 8, 2004, with nine counts of theft by deception.Andrew Joseph Shoop, 19, of 308 Spruce St., Grove City, pleaded guilty to charges in two cases. Grove City police charged Shoop Aug. 28 with criminal trespass and purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor and Sept. 17 with loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct and purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor.Frank William Creen III, 18, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Creen Oct. 2 with burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.Lewis Wesley Isenberg, 23, of Sandy Lake had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Isenberg Sept. 26 with driving under the influence, careless driving and operating vehicle without valid inspection.Eric Allen Cummings, 39, of Polk had his case held for court. Cummings was charged Sept. 6 by state police in Mercer with driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.Raymond Lewis Gargasz, 62, of Volant had his case held for court. Grove City police charged Gargasz Sept. 29 with driving under the influence.Eric Matthew Gladd, 26, of 50 S. Church St., Clintonville, had his case held for court. Grove City police charged Gladd Sept. 13 with driving under the influence.Gregory Edward Eagan, 21, of Franklin, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Eagan Aug. 22 with burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.
