Jake Wickline rushed for 245 yards and two touchdowns and caught a third score to lead Riverside to a 34-13 high school football victory over Summit Academy Friday.

A win in the Tri-County North game would have sent Summit Academy into the WPIAL Class AA playoffs for the first time in school history.

The Knights (4-5, 3-4) trailed 20-13 in the fourth quarter before Alex Vecelich scored a pair of rushing touchdowns to seal the win.

Quarterback Earl Zarpeles led the Knights attack with 159 yards passing, throwing touchdown passes to Kasil Butler and Tyrone Noaks, but he also threw four interceptions.
