SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Darren Bienemann, 22, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Aug. 23 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay $429.50 in fines and court costs.
Harry Bogan, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Oct. 6 by state police.
Carrie Hazlett, 18, of Cabot waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 19 by state police.
Todd Albert Johnson, 40, of Apollo, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed Aug. 19 by Middlesex Township police.
Dean Krelko, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of bad checks and theft by deception, filed Aug. 3 by Middlesex Township police.
Jessica Kutsch, 22, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Sept. 28 by Buffalo Township police. She was ordered to pay $1,529 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Craig McDaniel, 25, of Enon Valley, Lawrence County, waived to court charges of DUI, filed Aug. 4 by state police.
Robin Pumphrey, 28, of Seven Fields pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 13 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay $429 in fines and court costs.
James Shearer, 21, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 23 by state police.
David Williams, 37, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of DUI, reckless driving, criminal mischief and harassment.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Jon Norman Roger, 22, of Harmony pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $233.50 in fines and court costs. He had been charged July 11 by the Cranberry Township police.Melissa D. Martinez, 32, of Rochester, Beaver County, pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $258.50 in fines and court costs. She had been charged May 18 by the Cranberry Township police.Ronald Lee Wellman, 51, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating a vehicle without the proper inspection.Richard N. McClelland, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 24 by Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.William A. Behun, 49, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, disregard of traffic lane and driving without a license.Anysia Lynn Richardson, 29, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol and a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use-possession of drug paraphernalia.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Lee E. Oviatt, 20, of Renfrew had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 29 by state police with access device fraud.Dean Robert Krelko, 44, Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 12 by Zelienople police with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.Brenda Leeann Stiles, 21, of Slippery Rock waived her two separate cases to court. She was charged Aug. 23 by state police with two counts of forgery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. She was also charged July 18 by Jackson Township police with theft.Jonathan Joseph Scarfo, 21, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 12 by Jackson Township police with corruption of minors, two counts of open lewdness and contact/communication with a minor.Don C. DeJean III, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 3 by the Jackson Township police with two counts of theft, two counts of receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.
SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:David Wayne McCullon, 21, of Mercer had his case waived to court. The state attorney general's office in Butler charged McCullon Aug. 23 with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.David James McCullon, 40, of Harrisville had his case waived to court. The state attorney general's office in Butler charged McCullon Aug. 23 with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; intentional possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.Jeffrey Michael Yaratch, 37, of Lake Milton, Ohio, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Yaratch on Aug. 21 with driving under the influence.William Leo Russell II, 23, of West Sunbury had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Russell Sept. 1 with driving under the influence, failure to keep right, driving at unsafe speed and careless driving.Philip T. Cargioli, 20, of Erie had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Cargioli Sept. 20 with use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.Carl Thompson, 24, of Grove City had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Thompson Sept. 26 with driving under the influence, duties at a stop sign and careless driving.
