Covert, Stehle
Stephanie Covert and Jonathan Stehle, both of Pittsburgh exchanged wedding vows at 2 p.m. July 23 at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Pierre Falkenhan officiated. A reception followed at the Lyndora American Legion.
The bride is the daughter of Scott and Michele Covert of Chicora. Parents of the bridegroom are Jonathan and Joyce Stehle of Port Allegany.
The honor attendant was Charity Marsh of Dubois. Bridesmaids were Lauren Packer of Erie, Nichole Madden of Pittsburgh and Melissa Higgins of Butler.
Serving the bridegroom as best man was Jerry Liberatore of Pittsburgh. Ushers were Jeremy Stehle of Port Allegany, Rob Covert of Chicora and Ian Hammonds of Butler.
The bride graduated in 2000 from Butler High School, in 2004 from Penn State Behrend and in 2005 from the University of Pittsburgh. She works for Wilkinsburg High School in Wilkinsburg.
The bridegroom graduated in 2000 from BHS and in 2004 from Washington and Jefferson College. He is a graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh.
The couple is living in Pittsburgh after honeymooning in Englewood, Fla.
