5:10 a.m. Tuesday - A vehicle driven by Peter Walowen, 24, of Petrolia struck a deer on Route 138 near Campbell Road in Concord Township.6 p.m. Monday - Karen Schlagel discovered someone had killed her cat at her Hall Road home in Clay Township. The cat had been stabbed with an unknown sharp object, police said.12:58 a.m. Sept. 28 - Anthony McCardle, 19, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck an embankment and several mailboxes at Route 68 and Silverton Drive in Oakland Township.Police said McCardle and a passenger, a 19-year-old Butler man, fled, leaving the wrecked car behind. Troopers later found McCardle and the other man walking in Butler.
