Crystal Baumgart graduated with a bachelor's of science degree in dental hygiene recently from West Liberty State College.A 2001 graduate of Butler High School, she is the daughter of Thomas Baumgart of Palm Coast, Fla., and Sharon Hinton of Butler.Baumgart has accepted a full-time dental hygienist position at New Kensington Dental Associates in New Kensington.---

<b>Mildred "Middy" Mentzer</b> graduated with an associate's degree in culinary technology recently from Guilford Technical Community College.While at the college, she completed an internship with the catering firm, The Painted Plate.The daughter of Rose Knittel Steighner of Butler and the late James Mentzer, she is a 1969 graduate of Butler High School and a 1993 graduate of Guilford College, where she received a bachelor's degree in business management.Mentzer is currently employed as a forecast analyst for VF Jeanswear in Greensboro, N.C. She plans to pursue a career in private catering.She currently resides in Greensboro with her husband, Gordon Ball.----

<b>Matthew Benson</b> graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in theological studies recently from Valley Forge Christian College.While at the college, he was a member of Sigma Chi Pi and the Honor Society of Assembly of God Colleges. He was also named to Who's Who Among American Colleges and Universities and served as president of the Science and Faith Society and student president of the Political Forum. He also completed a research internship at the John Templeton Foundation.The son of Ray and Becki Benson of Butler, he is a 2001 graduate of Butler High School.Benson is currently pursuing a master's degree at Birkbeck College in London.
