GOT A GATOR
Butler County Fire Police now has a 4-wheel-drive vehicle, known as a Gator, to help officers move around at accident and fire scenes, where they direct traffic. The group bought the vehicle with the help of an $8,500 state grant arranged by state Rep. Dick Stevenson, R-8th. Checking out the vehicle Thursday afternoon are, from left, Leonard Fish, Bob Stawecki Jr., Bob Stawecki and Eugene Bartlett, who is fire police president.
