CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Joshua S. Sunday, 22, of Portersville, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Jeremy Robert Stewart, 24, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 15 by Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Matthew E. Thompson, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.
Zachary Allan Patton, 19, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 15 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mary Ann Lipscomb, 22, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and disregard of traffic lane.
Russell Mark Demor, 44, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to obey authorized personnel directing traffic, failure to stop at a red signal and careless driving.
David Graczyk, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 28, 2004, by Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.
Robert Lynn Stone, Jr., 44, of McDonald, waived his case to court. He was charged July 20 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.

He was charged Aug. 19 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right and improper left turn.Jeffery Todd Eberhardt, 21, of Bridgeville, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 14 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Edward Paul Halagich, 34, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 29 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Joshua R. Sheets, 21, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 16 by the Mars police with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass and receiving stolen property.Corinne E. Klein, 41, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 23 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard of traffic lane.
