SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Richard Auther, 25, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered car, and driving a car with no inspection, filed July 13 by state police.

Mark Bollinger, 42, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed July 6 by state police.

Timothy Gifford, 36, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, failure to keep to the right and disregarding traffic lanes, filed July 28 by state police.

Brian Koegler, 40, of Sarver was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed June 8 by Middlesex Township police.

David Stanoski, 25, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed July 27 by Buffalo Township police.
