EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Leighann Ivy Burr, 23, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged July 11 by Lancaster Township police with three counts of selling/furnishing alcohol to minors and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Benjamin Alan Fodor, 18, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 2 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, disregard of traffic lane, driving at unsafe speeds and improper left turn.

Zachary Shane Donaldson, 25, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged May 3 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, disregard of traffic lane, driving at safe speeds, careless driving and reckless driving.

CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Wendell Beran, 55, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and disregard of traffic lane.John Colin Dewey, 24, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop at a red signal.Raymond Churilla, 39, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged April 12 by the Cranberry Township police with making a false report to law enforcement officers.Barry Bandura, 53, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Erica Loren Anderson, 19, of Harmony waived her three cases to court. She was charged Aug. 22 by Cranberry Township police with attempted theft by unlawful taking, forgery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and identity theft. In the second case, she was charged Aug. 31 by the township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. In the third case, Anderson was charged Sept. 1 by the township police with retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Ricky L. Wise, 32, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 23 by Butler County detectives with attempted manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Megan Marie Pfenningwerth, 25, of Seven Fields waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 29 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of attempted acquisition or obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge, two counts of forgery, possession of a controlled substance, retail theft and possessing a fraudulent document.Bruce D. Bogolea, Jr., 23, last know address of Rochester, Beaver County, pled guilty of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined and levied court costs of $233.50. He had been originally charged Aug. 22 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and making false identification to law enforcement. The two charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and making false identification to law enforcement officers were dismissed.
