Butler boys outrun Seneca Valley, Rams
Rob Miller and Steven Monnie secured the top two spots to lead the Butler boys cross country team to a 21-37 victory over Pine-Richland and to an 18-41 win over Seneca Valley Tuesday.
The Rams defeated Seneca Valley 23-34.
In the girls meet, Butler defeated Seneca Valley 23-32, but lost to Pine-Richland 20-35 as the Rams took the top three places. Pine-Richland also downed the Raiders 19-36.
Butler (3-0 boys, 2-1 girls) will compete at Saturday's Slippery Rock University Invitational.
