CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Stanley Byron Moore, 42, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged July 15 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, tampering with or fabricating evidence and making a false alarm to an agency of public safety.

Larry Edward Nelson, 31, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 26 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.

EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:James Russell Stimmel, 40, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 27 by the Jackson Township police with two counts of writing bad checks.Peiman R. Mehri, 22, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 5 by the Adams Township police with conspiracy to commit simple assault, simple assault, harassment and reckless driving.Joseph Michael Sunseri, 20, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 5 by the Adams Township police with conspiracy to commit simple assault, simple assault, harassment, stalking, robbery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Mark F. Kovalcin, 41, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 6 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.
