SLIPPERY ROCK - District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:

John Henry Atkinson Sr., 38, of Beaver had his case waived to court. State police charged Atkinson on Aug. 30 with habitual offenders, operating vehicle without valid inspection, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, operating vehicle without required financial responsibility and vehicle registration suspended.

Lesya Mary Mazzoleni, 22, of Pittsburgh had her case waived to court. State police charged Mazzoleni on Aug. 30 with driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence and duties at a stop sign.

Steven J. Sicilia, 32, of Levittown had his case waived to court. State police charged him on Aug. 18 with driving under the influence.

Jerod Allen Shepherd, 32, address unknown, had his cased held for court. State police charged Shepherd on Aug. 24 with conspire person not to use or possess firearms, person not to use or possess firearms, conspire firearms not to be carried without license, firearms not to be carried without license and false identification to a law enforcement officer.

WORTH TWP - District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Tammy Jo Surrena, 24, of 612 Primrose Lane, Slippery Rock, pled guilty Aug. 10 to a charge of theft by unlawful taking.Jeffrey Oakes, 27, of 346 N. Foster Road, Jackson Center, pled guilty Aug. 31 to a charge filed by state police of theft by unlawful taking.Shane Jeffery Wentworth, 25, of Utica pleaded guild to a charge of driving under the influence. He was charged by the state police.Justin Michael Holley, 20, of Hadley had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged Holley on Aug. 31 with possession of small amounts of marijuana, two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and duties at a stop sign.
