Kendal Rudisill and William Simmons Jr., both of Connoquenessing were united in marriage during a sunset ceremony Aug. 6 on Beach 1 at Presque Isle State Park, Erie. The Rev. Max Miller officiated. An outdoor reception followed.

The bride is the daughter of Kenneth Jr. and Debra Rudisill of Valencia. Parents of the bridegroom are Janet McCauley of Harmony and the late Hughie McCauley.

The honor attendant was the bride's mother, Debra Rudisill of Valencia.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Bill Makepeace of Connoquenessing.

The bride works as a billing administrator for Alpern Rosenthal in Pittsburgh.

The bridegroom is a manager at Midas in Butler.

The couple is living in Connoquenessing.
