CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Michael Gratteri, 39, of Ford City, Armstrong County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 10 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Brandon Lawrence Setzenfand, 21, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged July 19 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.

John W. Mihalko, 40, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 19 by the Cranberry Township police with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and driving without a driver's license.

EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Lawrence Adam Hite, 18, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 2 by the Zelienople police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at nighttime, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and corruption of minors.Chad Allen Nicholson, 19, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 14 by the Callery police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to receive stolen property, three counts of corruption of minors, three counts of making repairs/selling/etc. offensive weapons, driving with a suspended license and driving with no headlights.

SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Jessica Book, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to stay in her lane of traffic, and failing to use turn signals, filed July 6 by Middlesex Township police.Deborah Diveglia, 43, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of forgery, theft by deception and bad checks, filed July 5 by Middlesex Township police.Brandon Fettis, 23, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and statutory sexual assault, field May 17 by state police.Gregory Knapek, 48, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed June 24 by Buffalo Township police.Marcelino Angue Nfa, 24, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, and careless driving, filed June 29 by Middlesex Township police.Timothy Turner, 30, of Freeport was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, simple assault, harassment and driving with a suspended license, filed July 16 by state police.
