A June 24 wedding is being planned by Elizabeth Pelkofer and Carl Hinkson, both of Auburn, Wash.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Frank and Melanie Pelkofer of Karns City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Dean and Teri Hinkson of Kennewick, Wash.

The bride-elect graduated in 1992 from Moniteau High School and in 1996 from Case Western Reserve University, earning a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She works as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue, Wash.

Her fiancé graduated in 1990 from John F. Kennedy High School and in 1996 from Highline Community College, earning an associate's degree in applied sciences, respiratory care. He is a respiratory therapist at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
