4:32 p.m. Monday - A motorcycle driven by Jeremy Sherd, 22, of Evans City crashed on Cupps Road in Connoquenessing Township. Sherd, who was wearing a helmet, was taken with moderate injuries to Butler Memorial Hospital.3:55 p.m. Monday - Four people were injured in a three-vehicle collision on Route 422 near the Interstate 79 on-ramp in Muddy Creek Township.The crash occurred when a car driven by Norma Salsgiver, 81, of Kittanning and Rebecca Okomski, 55, of New Castle collided. The collision forced Okomski's car into a pickup truck driven by Michael Campbell, 55, of New Castle.Okomski, who was not wearing a seat belt, was flown by medical helicopter with moderate injuries to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Her condition was not known this morning. John Okomski, 56, of Kittanning, a passenger in the car, also not wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.Salsgiver and Campbell, who both were wearing seat belts, suffered minor injuries.Monday - Four 16-inch tires and rims were taken from a sport utility vehicle at Quality Coach Works, Route 8 and Benbrook Road in Center Township. The theft occurred between noon Saturday and 9 a.m. Monday.Sunday - A tan and leopard pattern purse containing $157 and other items was taken between 5:40 and 7:05 p.m. from a vehicle at the Slippery Rock Bowling Alley on Route 143 in Slippery Rock. Marcia Wright of Chicora owns the stolen property.Friday - A 2001 Honda TRX400 all-terrain vehicle at Route 68 and Hindman Lane in Connoquenessing Township was taken in a theft between 11 p.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday. Scott Isaacs Sr. of Renfrew owns the stolen property.Thursday - A black and white, 1979 Husqvarna 250cc dirt bike was taken between 1 and 5 p.m. from the Clearfield Road home of Charles Twentier Sr. in Clearfield Township.Wednesday - More than 70 prescription pills and $20 in currency were taken between 4 and 6:30 p.m. from a vehicle parked on Miller Road near Kailee Court in Slippery Rock.

12:59 a.m. Sunday - David McCanna, no age given, of Rimersburg was allegedly found with a baggie of suspected marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 28 near the North Buffalo/East Franklin Township line in Armstrong County.McCanna is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for speeding and not wearing a seat belt.Friday - Mark Anthony Gabler, 43, of Kittanning was arrested for allegedly assaulting a boy during an argument on Route 28 in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. Gabler is charged with simple assault.

Thursday - Stereo speakers and an amplifier were reported stolen from a vehicle parked at the SRU ski lodge parking lot. The theft occurred between Aug. 14 and Thursday.
