A Sept. 10 wedding is being planned by Jeanette White of Houston and Robert Rathbun of Prospect.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Harry and Jeanne White of New Castle. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are James and Debbie Rathbun of Prospect.

The bride-elect is a 1993 graduate of Laurel High School, a 1998 graduate of Slippery Rock University and a 2003 graduate of Life University College of Chiropractic. She works for Scarton Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Clinic in Washington.

Her fiancé graduated in 1992. He is currently pursuing a master's degree at Slippery Rock University.
