SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Mark Bauer, 44, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court two charges each of burglary, conspiracy, trespass and theft, as well as a count of criminal mischief, filed March 30 by state police.

Tracy Lassinger, 42, of Sarver waived to court charges of furnishing alcohol to minors, filed June 29 by Buffalo Township police.

Robert Micholas, 43, of Sarver was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 29 by Buffalo Township police.

Janine O'Toole, 50, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving with headlights on, filed June 13 by state police.

James Watterson, 46, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to drive in his lane of traffic and careless driving, filed June 13 by state police.

Maria Williams, 46, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of burglary and conspiracy in connection with two separate cases, filed March 30 and 31 by state police.

Michael Anthony Williams, 25, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of burglary and conspiracy, filed March 30 by state police.

Michael A. Wright, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed May 11 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK - District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Sondra Marie Space, 22, of Prospect had her case held for court. State police charged her Aug. 9 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with the highest rate of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt. Space was stopped by police May 24 while traveling north on Route 8 in Brady Township after police observed her vehicle crossing the white and center yellow lines.James Archer Floyd Jr., 26, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. State police charged Floyd Aug. 9 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence general impairment, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, failure to keep right and careless driving. Police charged Floyd after a one-vehicle accident June 13 in which Floyd's vehicle crossed into the opposing traffic lane, traveled onto a sidewalk and struck a no parking sign before colliding with a utility pole.Steve Lee Desko Jr., 25, of Grove City waived his case to court. State police charged Desko Aug. 9 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a high rate of alcohol, duties at a stop sign and driving at safe speed. Police stopped Desko after they observed his vehicle swerving over the white line and failing to stop at a stop sign June 20 in Brady Township.Suzanne Jean Rhodes, 27, of Grove City waived her case to court. State police charged Rhodes Aug. 9 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with the highest rate of alcohol, vehicle turning left, driving at safe speed and careless driving. Rhodes caused a two-vehicle crash June 30 at the intersection of routes 108 and 173 in Slippery Rock.Daniel Lynn Snow, 34, of Claysville, waived his case to court. State police charged Snow Aug. 9 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a high rate of alcohol, failure to keep right, careless driving, reckless driving, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, unlawful operation, operation on streets and highways and unlawful operation of an all-terrain vehicle under the influence. Police stopped Snow in Franklin Township July 6 after witnessing him operating an unregistered ATV on public roadways.Keith Alan Patterson Jr., 25, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. State police charged Patterson Aug. 9 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a high rate of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use safety belt system. Police stopped Patterson along Route 108 in Slippery Rock Township July 18 after witnessing his vehicle swerve across the centerline of the roadway.Martin Fred Rubenthal, 30, of Harrisville waived his case to court. State police charged Rubenthal Aug. 2 with theft by unlawful taking after a July 25 incident in which Rubenthal took a car from a Harrisville residence without the owner's permission. Police recovered the vehicle.

WORTH TWP - District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Barry Lee Reeher, 38, of Mercer had his case held for court. State police charged Reeher Aug. 10 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence with the highest rate of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and duties at a stop sign. Police stopped Reeher June 15 in Jackson Township after reportedly witnessing him traveling over the centerline in the roadway for more than a mile.Dustin James Mazon, 22, of Sandy Lake had his case held for court. Stoneboro police charged Mazon Aug. 10 with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and fleeing or attempting to elude an officer. Charges stem from a July 6 incident at Lakeside Park in which Mazon reportedly discharged a 20-gauge shotgun five times in the general direction of about 100 beach party guests. Mazon then fled the scene and was pursued by police.Jason Scott Wilson, 23, of Mercer waived his case to court. State police charged Wilson Aug. 10 with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with the highest rate of alcohol. Police arrested Wilson July 9 after he drove into and parked in the United Community Hospital parking lot in Pine Township.
