Ross, Keffalas

Butler residents Shelly Ross and Alex Keffalas were united in marriage at 4 p.m. June 24 at St. Andrew Orthodox Church in Lyndora. The Rev. Joseph Wargo officiated. A reception followed at Shakespeare's Restaurant.

The bride is the daughter of Gene and Diane Ross of Tarentum. Parents of the bridegroom are Pete and Elizabeth Keffalas of Butler.

The matron of honor was Katie Erwin of Pittsburgh. Lexi Keffalas of Butler was the flower girl.

Performing the duties of best man was Andrew Keffalas of Butler.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Highland High School, a 1999 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and a 2003 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She is employed at the Seneca Valley School District in Harmony.

The groom graduated in 1985 from Butler High School and in 1990 from Penn State University. He works at Blue Mountain Environmental Management Corporation in Valencia.

Following a honeymoon trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple is making their home in Butler.
