SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

David Carlock, 23, of Curtisville, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 9 by Buffalo Township police.

Stephen Conley, 19, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. The charge was filed April 28 by Middlesex Township police. Conley was ordered to pay $418.50 in fines and court costs.

Thomas William Gordon III, 20, of Monroeville, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of attempted theft and trespass, filed Jan. 20 by Middlesex Township police.

Anthony Lascola, 43, of Chester, W.Va., waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed May 31 by Middlesex Township police.

Douglas Leslie, 43, of Middlesex Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence and failing to drive in his lane of traffic, filed May 13 by Middlesex Township police.

Leslie also waived DUI and other charges in a separate case filed July 1 by state police. In addition to DUI in that case, he is charged with driving on the wrong side of the road, failing to stay in his lane of traffic, and driving an unregistered and uninspected vehicle.

Scott Ness, 45, of Cranberry Township pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. The charge was filed May 23 by Middlesex Township police. Ness was ordered to pay $418.50 in fines and court costs.

Becky Paulson, 26, of Jefferson Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, failing to obey traffic signals, and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed by June 24 by Saxonburg police.

Paulson also waived to court possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a separate case filed June 6 by state police.

Adam Sondej, 23, of Middlesex Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed June 6 by state police.

Stacey Summerville, 30, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed June 6 by Buffalo Township police.
