DUFFY ROAD FROM Hazlett Avenue to Route 68 (Evans City Road) will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday for the weeks of Aug. 15 and Aug. 22 to allow the Pennsylvania American Water to finish the final connections to the new water line installation project.
