1:38 p.m. Wednesday - William B. Thomas, 67, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after police found him passed out behind the wheel of a conversion van at Penn and Elm streets. Police said an intoxilyzer test showed Thomas' blood-alcohol count at 0.284 percent, or more than four times the 0.08 percent limit considered intoxicated under state law.
