2 a.m. Monday - Patrick Burkhart, 42, of Butler was arrested for allegedly assaulting Diana Shuffstall, 44, of Butler during a domestic dispute at a McCandless Road home in Center Township.Burkhart was arraigned on charges of simple assault, harassment and terroristic threats, and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bond.Monday - Ten cellular telephones were taken between 10 and 11:30 a.m. from an unlocked vehicle at the Clearview Mall parking lot in Center Township. T Mobile owns the stolen property.4:15 a.m. Sunday - A 1999 Yamaha 125 motorcycle and a 1999 Suzuki 125 motorcycle were taken from a garage in a burglary at the Hufnagel Road home of George Nye in Muddy Creek Township.Sunday - Undisclosed property valued at nearly $1,900 was taken between 5:10 and 7 p.m. in a burglary at the Hall Road home of Mark Spencer in Clay Township.

2:25 a.m. Sunday - Todd Dosch, 22, of Worthington was arrested for driving under the influence at Route 128 and Bunker Hill Road in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.

9 a.m. Friday - Lloyd Shoop, 74, of East Spring St., Zelienople, reported his truck was hit while it was parked in the St. Gregory Church lot on West Beaver Street. Witnesses told police a light gold Buick struck the side of the vehicle and left.6:04 a.m. July 31 - Vehicles driven by Elizabeth Helen Adams, 26, of Madison Drive, Zelienople, and Shawn Paul Doty, 29, of Main Street, Harmony, collided on West Beaver Street. The vehicles received minor damage.
