Lucille M. 'Lucy' Korbe

Lucille M. "Lucy" Korbe, 62, of Leeward Drive died Wednesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born July 2, 1943, in Herman, she was a daughter of Merle and Violetta Mickel Collins.

She was a 1961 graduate of Butler High School and was a homemaker and mother.

Mrs. Korbe was a member of Harvest Tabernacle Assembly of God Church. She was also a member of the Women's Aglow Club of Butler.

Surviving are her husband, Jeffrey W. Korbe, whom she married July 11, 1980; two sons and their wives, Scott and Brenda McCue and Vince and Linda McCue, both of Butler; her parents of Herman; and five grandchildren, Erica, Ian and Tyler McCue and Ashley and Kylie McCue. She also is survived by three brothers and their wives, Fred and Carol Collins of Chicora, Ted and Janet Collins of Butler and Roger and Juanita Collins of Herman; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Earl Collins.

KORBE - Friends of Lucille M. "Lucy" Korbe, who died Wednesday, July 6, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham S. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis Krajaric, senior pastor of Community Alliance Church, officiating.
