Jennifer L. Mauthe, 33, of 636 Mountain Run Road in DuBois, Clearfield County, died Wednesday at DuBois Nursing Home.

Born Oct. 22, 1971, in Warren, Warren County, she was the daughter of Stephen John Namesnik and Melinda Lee Grubbs.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church of DuBois.

Mrs. Mauthe, a 1989 alumna of Sheffield High School, was a homemaker.

Surviving are her husband, William J. "Bill" Mauthe, whom she married Oct. 18, 1997; a daughter, Krysten L. Mauthe at home; her father of Brunswick, Ohio; her mother of Sheffield, Warren County; a half sister, Chelsey Marie Namesnik of Brunswick; her maternal grandmother, Shirley Stupeck of Tucson, Ariz.; her maternal great-grandmother, Phylis Donaldson of Sheffield; and her paternal grandmother, Doris Marie Namesnik of Butler. She also is survived by several aunts and uncles and cousins; and her step-grandfather, Robert Stupeck of Tucson.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Jack Grubbs; and her paternal grandfather, Steven Namesnik.

MAUTHE - Friends of Jennifer L. Mauthe, who died Wednesday, July 6, 2005, will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and prior to the 10 a.m. service on Saturday at MOHNEY-YARGAR FUNERAL CHAPEL, 142 W. Long Ave., DuBois.
