SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty on Monday heard these cases:
Craig Beunier, 32, of Summit Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed July 11 by Buffalo Township police.
Richard Biondo, 30, of Penn Township waived to court charges of altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, and driving a vehicle not inspected. The charges were filed July 6 by Penn Township police.
David Carlock, 23, of Curtisville, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to violation of the state drug act. He was ordered to pay $379.50 in fines and court costs. The charge was filed July 9 by Buffalo Township police.
Frank Merten, 23, of Jefferson Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed July 11 by state police.
Additionally, Merten waived in a separate case another charge of DUI as well as speeding, driving too fast for conditions and reckless driving, filed May 9 by Saxonburg police.
Allison Newman, 23, of Gibsonia pleaded guilty to violation of the state drug act. She was ordered to pay $323.50 in fines and court costs. The charge was filed June 6 by Penn Township police.
Lacy Pawloski, 23, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed June 13 by Buffalo Township police.
Brian Riggs, 25, of Penn Township pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $523.50 in fines and court costs. The charge was filed June 27 by Penn Township police.
Brian Szymkowiak, 21, of Buffalo Township waived to court charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 1 by Buffalo Township police.
