A July 1, 2006, wedding is being planned by Heather Vinca of Harrisville and Ryan McKinnis of West Sunbury.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Keith and Teresa Vinca of Harrisville. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Rich and Kerry McKinnis of West Sunbury.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Moniteau High School. She is currently a senior at Grove City College and an intern with Corus Home Realty in Plymouth Meeting.

Her fiancé graduated in 2002 from Moniteau High School. He is a senior at Grove City College and plans to pursue a degree in optometry.
