An October wedding is being planned by Amber Cammisa of Allison Park and Derek McCaffrey of Freedom.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Sandra Cammisa of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are John and Irene McCaffrey of Cranberry Township.

The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of Butler High School. She also attended Butler County Community College, St. Vincent College and Indiana (Pa.) University. She is employed at Nationwide Insurance in Wexford.

Her fiancé is a 1989 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and a graduate of Slippery Rock University where he earned both undergraduate and master’s degrees. He is also employed at Nationwide Insurance in Wexford.
