Throckmorton, Noullet

Lauren Throckmorton of Ford City and Christopher Noullet of Jessup, Md., were united in marriage at 1 p.m. May 28 at the First Church of God in Kittanning. The groom's father, the Rev. Stephen Noullet, officiated. He was assisted by the Rev. Arthur Traister and the Rev. John Green. A reception followed at The Event Hall in Shelocta.

The bride is the daughter of Robert and Patricia Throckmorton of Ford City. Parents of the bridegroom are the Rev. Stephen and Cathy Noullet of Butler.

The maid of honor was Jennifer Greco and the matron of honor was Karen Smith, both of New Jersey. Bridesmaids included the groom's sister, Linda Irwin of West Sunbury, Christy Noullet of Georgia, Kerrie Walters and Jessica Clontz, both of Ford City; Caitlyn Pryde of Kittanning; and Julie Zollo of New Jersey. The flower girl was Alyssa Irwin of West Sunbury.

Performing the duties of best man was Fred Neal III of West Kittanning. Groomsmen included Douglas Smith of New Jersey, Justin Irwin of West Sunbury, the groom's brother, Joshua Noullet of Georgia, Chris Fox of York, Pete Gillott of Delaware, Jordan Heffner of Kittanning and Craig Riggle of Manorville. The usher was the bride's brother, Chris Throckmorton of Ford City. The ring bearer was Nathan Noullet of Georgia.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Ford City High School and a 2005 graduate of Valley Forge Christian College. She works as a music teacher at Jeffer Hills Elementary School in Columbia, Md.

The groom graduated in 1999 from Butler High School and in 2003 from Valley Forge Christian College. He works as the director of youth at Bethel Assembly of God in Savage, Md.

The couple is making their home in Jessup, Md., after a honeymoon trip to Daytona Beach, Fla.
