Ted and Rosemary Geibel of Jeannette, formerly of Butler, celebrated 45 years of marriage recently with a Caribbean cruise.

The former Rosemary Tarka married Geibel on June 25, 1960, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in California, Pa.

They have three children, Ted Geibel Jr. of Avalon, Greg Geibel of Shadyside and Jacqueline Hammill of Jeannette.

They also have two granddaughters.

Geibel is retired. He was formerly employed with both Burt Hill Kosar Rittelmann Associates of Butler and Eckles Architecture of New Castle.

Mrs. Geibel is also retired. She worked as a teacher in the Butler School District, was the owner and operator of the Rosemary T. Geibel Preschool and was a faculty member in the early childhood education department at Beaver County Community College.
