Tuesday - A burglar made off with between $400 and $500 from the Saxonburg Saddle and Cattle Shop on West Main Street.Police have no suspects but believe the burglary occurred between Monday night and early Tuesday morning. The burglar broke into the business through a side window.Other than the money taken from the area of the cash register, no other property was taken from the store, which was not ransacked.Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity late Monday night or early Tuesday in the area of the store or those with information about the case is asked to call Saxonburg police at 724-352-6255.

1:31 a.m. today - Sherri Selfridge, 38, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.10:30 p.m. Tuesday - An unidentified vehicle struck the rear of a car at Route 422 and North Road in Franklin Township and did not stop. Travis Czech, 28, of Saegertown, Crawford County, was driving the car that was hit.Monday - About $400 was taken between Saturday and Monday in a burglary at the Main Street home of Brenda Castillo in Connoquenessing Township. Police said they have a suspect.
