CRANBERRY TWP --- District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Joshua John Funkhouser, 20, of Chicora waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 16 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rodney D-Wayne Freed, 42, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged April 6 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Charles David Krivanek, 47, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and vehicle turning left without yielding.

EVANS CITY --- District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:William Scholl, 52, Mars waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating a vehicle without proper inspection.Ronald Patrick Rust, 37, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged May 17 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper right turn, careless driving and operating a vehicle without the proper insurance.Robert D. Mitchell III, 43, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 6 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Michael Joseph Via, 22, of Butler waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged April 28 by the Zelienople police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged June 13 by the Lancaster Township police with two counts of forgery, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of burglary and two counts of criminal trespass.Matthew Dale Reisinger, 23, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 1 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Debra Lynn Benson, 47, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged June 6 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended property, driving with a suspended license, backing up a vehicle improperly, moving vehicle unsafely, improper stopping, careless driving and giving false information.Kimberly A. Alexander, 39, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged May 22 by the Jackson Township police with criminal mischief and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Michael Alan McKnight, 46, of Mercer, Mercer County, had his case held to court. He was charged May 23 by the state police with accidents involving injury, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and two counts of failure to use a seat belt.Brad Michael Galletta, 19, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged June 8 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
