Craig E. Bennett, 56, of Connoquenessing Township died Friday at his home.

Born Aug. 3, 1948, in Ellwood City, he was the son of Twila Shisler Bennett and the late Raymond C. Bennett.

He was a member of the Hungarian Beneficial Society in Zelienople. He enjoyed hunting and riding his motorcycle.

He is survived by his mother of Portersville; his companion of 17 years, Barbara J. Coon of Connoquenessing Township; a son, Todd R. Bennett of Portersville; a daughter, Tara L. Getty of Ellwood City; a step-son, David J. Coon of Connoquenessing Township; and a brother, Brad L. Bennett of Mars. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Joshua and Destiny Bennett, Shyanne and Neveda Jean Getty, and Joshua Jacob Lahey.
