Tuesday - Ken Christy of Boyers reported someone between 3 and 8 p.m. Monday stole a large container of clothes and a bottle of laundry detergent from the back of his truck on West Brady Street. He noted other more valuable items in truck - new tires and a toolbox - were not taken. The stolen property is valued at $300.3:36 a.m. Saturday - Brian Pakutz, 25, was arrested for allegedly pointing a handgun at a man during a party at the suspect's East Patterson Avenue home.Bruce Bryner, 24, of Butler said he was at the party and leaving Pakutz's home when the defendant pulled the gun on him. Pakutz is charged with reckless endangerment, simple assault and furnishing alcohol to minors.Scott Gregory, 25, who lives at the same home as Pakutz, is also charged with furnishing alcohol to minors. Eight teenagers at the party were cited for underage drinking; one of those teens was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
8:11 p.m. Tuesday - Two Butler men were seriously injured when their cars collided on Dick Road in Connoquenessing Township.Both drivers, Tyler Evans, 20, and Vernon Torosi, 52, were flown by medical helicopters to Pittsburgh hospitals. Both men were in stable condition, police said. Neither man was wearing a seat belt.Evans was cited for driving too fast for conditions and a seat belt violation.6 a.m. June 21 - An unidentified pickup truck sideswiped a car and hit a mailbox along Haysville Road in Fairview Township, and did not stop. Valerian Sazal, 55, of Valencia was driving the car.
