Hallberg, Flatt
Emily Hallberg of Ellwood City and Nathanael Flatt of Butler exchanged wedding vows at 1:30 p.m. June 4 at Slippery Rock Baptist Camp. The Rev. Michael Charles officiated. A reception followed at the camp.
The bride is the daughter of David and Pamela Hallberg of Ellwood City. Parents of the bridegroom are Ronald and Sandra Flatt of Butler.
The honor attendant was Laurie Hallberg of Ellwood City. Bridesmaids were Abby Peffer of Plain Grove; Charity Boerema of Freemont, Mich.; Sarah Thompson of Schenevus, N.Y.; and Stephanie Dodd of Lake Ann, Mich. The flower girl was Jamie Wintermute of Milford.
Performing the duties of best man was Robert Flatt of Columbia, Md. Groomsmen were Ronald Flatt of Elyria, Ohio, Thad Smith of Elkhart, Ind., James Frohlich of Clarks Summit and Ross Shannon of Burlington, Mass. The ring bearer was Caleb Flatt of Elyria.
The bride graduated in 2001 from Riverside High School and in 2005 from Baptist Bible College. She has accepted a position with Sweethaven Christian Academy in Portsmouth, Va.
The bridegroom graduated in 1999 from Butler High School and in 2004 from Northland Baptist Bible College.
The couple is making their home in Virginia Beach, Va.
