CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Patrick W. Duffy, 35, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged March 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving with a suspended license, two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol content of .02 or greater while operating privilege is suspended due to previous DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and use-possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charles Hans Steinmetz, 42, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged May 24 by the Cranberry Township police with indecent assault, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and open lewdness.

Sean Michael Carson, 25, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged May 27 by the Butler County detectives with conspiracy to manufacturing-delivery-possession with intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, two counts possession of a controlled substance, six counts of manufacturing-delivery-possession with intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and two counts of use-possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason R. Porter, 25, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 5, 2004, by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to receive stolen property.

Larry E. Suman, 33, of Vandergrift, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 6, 2004, by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.

William D. Davis, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 2 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving.

Eric Curtis Metz, 28, of Cranberry Township, waived his case to court. He was charged May 3 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of identity theft, four counts of access device fraud and two counts of receiving stolen property.

Shelly Deluigi Coburn, 45, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 22 by the Cranberry Township police with three counts of forgery, three counts of access device fraud, three counts of receiving stolen property and three counts of identity theft.

Ronald Vincent Blackburn III, 23, of Morgan, Fayette County, pled guilty to use-possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding and was sentenced to a $111 fine plus $70 in court costs. He originally was charged on March 4 by the Cranberry Township police.

Timothy J. Arbogast, 18, of Boardman, Clearfield County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 25 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Todd Alan Cooper, 38, of Zelienople waived his eight separate cases to court. He was charged in each separate case on May 12 by the Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, access device fraud, possessing an instrument of crime and unlawful device making equipment.Stephanie E. Heitzenrater, 33, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged May 17 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and improperly entering an intersection.Donald C. Ruby, 45, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged March 21 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Allen Michael Gruver, 31, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged May 2 by the Zelienople police with possession of a controlled substance, possession or distribution of a small amount of marijuana, three counts of use-possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.Eric Francis Steighner, 20, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 11 by the state police with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.Joshua McAlexander, 21, of Granger, Ind., waived his case to court. He was charged May 10 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane and failure to stop at a red signal.Christopher Donovan Kennedy, 35, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 12 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, driving at unsafe speeds and careless driving.Richard E. Held, Jr., 31, Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 26 by the Jackson Township police with three counts of theft by unlawful taking and three counts of receiving stolen property.Matthew Paul Slater, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 31 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and use-possession of drug paraphernalia.
