WORTH TWP, Mercer County - District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:

Charles P. Kilpatrick, Jr., 29, of Mercer had his case held for court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence, disregard for a traffic lane, speeding and careless driving on March 10 on state Route 173 in Worth Township.

James L. Isabella, 50, of Grove City pleaded guilty. Grove City police charged him with disorderly conduct on June 4 on Broad Street in Grove City.

The charge stems from an incident involving a false report of a shooting in New Castle. He was ordered to pay $265 in costs and restitution in addition to six months on state probation.

Scott S. Dulaney, 34, of Grove City had his case held for court. Grove City police charged him with driving under the influence, and careless driving at the intersection of Main and Broad streets on May 9 in Grove City.

Jaime Medina, 38, of San Angelo, Texas, had his case held for court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence, careless driving and disregard for a traffic lane on May 31 on state Route 35 and I-79 in New Verona Township, Mercer County.

Corey N. Adams, 19, of Saltsburg had his case held for court. He was charged by Grove City police with two counts of driving under the influence and purchasing alcohol as a minor on May 19 on South Center Street in Grove City.
