SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Cheryl Battles, 38, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to bad checks. Penn Township police filed the charges Feb. 11. Battles was ordered to pay $1,040 in restitution and $229.50 in fines and court costs.
Trista Christy, 27, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed March 29 by state police.
Cory Cress, 29, of Middlesex Township was held for court on charges of stalking, terroristic threats and harassment, filed March 20 by Middlesex Township police.
Kelly Gebhardt, 35, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of escape, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, filed March 21 by Middlesex Township police.
Barbara Klingensmith, 42, of Summit Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation, filed April 21 by state police.
George Lucas, 29, of Buffalo Township pleaded guilty to harassment and disorderly conduct. Buffalo Township police filed the charges May 15. Lucas was ordered to pay $429.50 in fines and court costs.
Brandon McIntyre, 21, of Adams Township waived to court a charge of furnishing alcohol to minors, filed March 21 by Middlesex Township police.
Milton Race, 57, of Penn Township pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Middlesex Township police filed the charge Dec. 9. Race was ordered to pay $429 in fines and court costs.
Anthony Spataro, 20, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. State police filed the charge Jan. 19, 2004. Spataro was ordered to pay $279.50 in fines and court costs.
Devin Spreng, 30, of Middlesex Township waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed March 30 by state police.
Miles Vincent, 24, of Clinton Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and driving without headlights on, filed April 6 by state police.
Timothy Worsen, 40, of Buffalo Township pleaded guilty to two counts of harassment. Buffalo Township police filed the charges March 8. Warren was ordered to pay $529.50 in fines and court costs.
Courtney Zabish, 19, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed April 7 by Middlesex Township police.
SLIPPERY ROCK - These cases were recently heard in District Judge Clifford Woessner's court:Gregory J. Brenneman, 39, of Slippery Rock had his case held for court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence, careless driving, accidental damage to property and failure to notify police of accident or damage on state Route 4007 in Worth Township on March 17.Zariah L. Monaci, 26, of Baden waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence and speeding on March 22 on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.
