Geza and Ann Doctor of Renfrew celebrated 70 years of marriage with a family dinner at the Garden Gate restaurant in Prospect.

The former Ann Dano married Doctor on May 29, 1935 in Wellsburg, W.Va.

They have three children, Richard Doctor of Butler and Judith Fleeger and Diana Bennett, both of Renfrew. A son, Robert Doctor, is deceased.

They also have five grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.

Doctor is retired from Armco, where he worked as a crane operator for 41 years.

Mrs. Doctor is a homemaker.

The couple belongs to White Oak Springs Presbyterian Church. They have enjoyed touring the United States throughout their retirement.
