Arthur G. Kearns

Arthur G. Kearns, 54, of 2585 Rice Ave. in Lake City, Erie County, died Tuesday from an accident at work.

Born April 8, 1951, in Corpus Christi, Texas, he was a son of Arthur L. Kearny and the late Lois E. Hilliard Kearns.

He was a graduate of Knoch High School, attended Edinboro University and was the owner of Ball Mobile Homes in Fairview, Erie County.

Mr. Kearns was a Presbyterian. He enjoyed horses, reading and was close to earning his martial arts black belt.

He was a loving husband and dad and loved his grandson.

Surviving are his wife, Ellen L. Rohleder Kearns; two daughters, Traci L. Kearns of Girard, Erie County, and Tammi L. Landgraf and her husband, Richard, of Chicora; and a grandson, Caleb Landgraf. His father of Renfrew; two sisters, Autumn Moore and her husband, Gary, and Lori McCann and her husband, Doug, both of Renfrew; a brother, John Kearns and his wife, Lois, of Renfrew; a niece; and three nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by a son, Arthur D. Kearns, who died in 1981.
