A June 18 wedding is being planned by Kathryn Balbach of Beaver Falls and Clifford Foster of Allison Park.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Balbach of Beaver Falls. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Foster Jr. of Cranberry Township.

The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Blackhawk High School and a 2003 graduate of LaRoche College. She works as a tutor for D.A.R.E. to Excel in Beaver Falls.

Her fiancé is a 2000 graduate of Knoch High School and a 2004 graduate of LaRoche College. He is a self-employed mortgage broker.
