CRANBERRY TWP - These cases recently came to District Judge Kelley Streib's court:
Kevin Ashby, 29, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates and driving an unregistered vehicle.
Thomas Charles Lancos, 23, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 18 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.
Brian Joseph West, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police with attempted theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
William Robert Goerl, 46, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 12 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, driving under the influence of alcohol and operating a vehicle without proper inspection.
EVANS CITY - These cases recently came to District Judge Wayne Seibel's court:Gerald Wayne Bradley, 33, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 15, 2004, by Butler County detectives with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Andrew Dwight Hiles, 20, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged April 18 by the state police with simple assault, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, purchasing alcohol by a minor, resisting arrest, harassment and criminal mischief.John Charles Rodgers, 42, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged March 17 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended property and driving with a suspended license.Marc A. DiMarzio, 29, of Mars waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Feb. 9 by the Adams Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of disorderly conduct. He was also charged March 11 by the Adams Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an controlled substance.Paul Stauffer, 35, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged April 12 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Chad Hempfling, 29, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating a vehicle without lights.Jason Allan Howard, 38, of Parker waived his case to court. He was charged March 29 by the Jackson Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
SLIPPERY ROCK - These cases were recently in District Judge Clifford Woessner's court:Brandon M. Sampson, 24, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged April 7 by state police with driving under the influence, driving without a license and disregard for a traffic signal at the intersection of state Route 173 and Keister Road in Slippery Rock Borough.Michael J. Kunco, 19, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 by state police with burglary, conspiracy of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, corruption of minors and conspiracy of theft by unlawful taking. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 21 at Maple Manor Mobile Home Park involving the theft of firearms from a mobile home.Travis S. Bruno, 19, of Slippery Rock had his case held for court. He was charged May 13 by state police with burglary, conspiracy of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, corruption of minors and conspiracy of theft by unlawful taking. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 21 at Maple Manor Mobile Home Park involving the theft of firearms from a mobile home. Bruno is in Butler County Prison on $10,000 bond.
